We are looking for a responsible, punctual, professional person to join our team this summer as an administrative assistant/front desk receptionist. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting customers, preparing arrival packets for tenants, assisting agents, transferring sales calls, and filing. This position also assists our existing administrative staff with miscellaneous tasks. The position requires excellent communication skills both in person and over the phone. The position also requires a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn our rental software program. The abilities to multi-task, work with many different personality types, and demanding customers is also essential. This is a full-time seasonal position from approximately Memorial Day through September.
