Seeking a full-time OR part-time Office Manager for a home care and care management company serving Nantucket seniors and their families.
Looking for an individual with top customer service, a positive attitude and the desire to support a growing company- becoming an integral part of the team.
Duties include: communicating with clients and families via phone, text and email, communicating with home care aides- managing schedules, time-off requests, assist in hiring home health aides, data entry into home care software system, ordering of supplies, managing and organizing files, running errands for clients, payroll and billing.
Experience in home care and/or working with the elderly is ideal, but not required.
Training will be provided.
