Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team, specializing in scheduling, payroll preparation and invoicing for our home health care company. This is a temporary position for the months of May (mid-May start), June, July, and August, with pay dependent on experience. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in QuickBooks Online and DocuSign, as well as experience in administrative tasks related to scheduling, payroll and invoicing. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist with scheduling home health care services for clients, coordinating with staff to ensure coverage and timely appointments.
2. Utilize DocuSign for electronic signatures on important documents.
3. Prepare and process payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner.
4. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
5. Manage client invoicing using QuickBooks Online, generating and sending invoices promptly.
6. Collaborate with team members to optimize scheduling efficiency and billing accuracy.
7. Provide support with administrative tasks such as data entry, filings, and record keeping.
8. Address client inquiries and concerns regarding scheduling, billing, and payments in a professional manner.
9. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. Previous experience in payroll preparation, scheduling, and invoicing roles.
3. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and DocuSign.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Familiarity with healthcare terminology and regulations is a plus.
9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
10. Must be reliable, trustworthy, and maintain professionalism at all times.
