The Director of Membership (DOM) is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding exceptionally well-qualified new members. The DOM will grow the member base of The Westmoor Club through outreach, community involvement, partnerships, and creative programming. He/she will also cultivate relationships with existing members to maximize the member experience. He/she embeds themselves in the TWC community with members and their guests to demonstrate pride in belonging, acting as a true brand ambassador.
