Maintenance Worker

Maintenance Director – Responsible for the oversight of all maintenance related functions. Maintains 24hour accountability to perform a variety of building maintenance tasks as required, work with independent contractors, and provide direct supervision over various building maintenance and housekeeping personnel. Orders and maintains inventories of supplies. Must be able to follow written and oral instructions and be able to communicate clearly to all employees, residents, and public. General knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electricity and painting is necessary along with materials, tools, and terminology used in grounds keeping and maintenance and repair of buildings and related mechanical equipment. Ability to prepare and maintain records as well as read building or similar blueprints. Salary commensurate with experience.

Maintenance Worker – part time (24hours) + available. Provides and assists in routine maintenance of the building, grounds, vehicles and equipment. Knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, non-licensed electrical work, painting, equipment, appliance repair, building and/OR, landscaping mechanical systems/equipment area a plus. any and all areas helpful! Proficient oral and written communication in English and proficient customer service skills are required. Hourly rate range based upon knowledge and experience.
