Assistant Garden Center Manager

Full-time, year-round starting in the Fall!
Bartlett’s Farm is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Assistant Garden Center Manager to help oversee daily operations at our vibrant garden center. In this role, you’ll assist in supervising staff, managing inventory, maintaining plant health, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day operations
Supervise and train staff
Maintain plant displays and ensure product quality
Support inventory control and ordering
Help customers with plant care advice and purchases

Qualifications:
Experience in retail, horticulture, or garden center operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for plants and customer service
