Tradewind Aviation is a growing Part 135 Commuter & On-Demand Operator with bases in Waterbury/Oxford, CT, Westchester, NY, and San Juan, PR offering private charters and premium scheduled service throughout the Northeast and Caribbean.
Position Location: Nantucket Airport
Expected Hours of Work / Schedule: Seasonal, April-November. Sundays and Monday morning shifts
Pay rate: $21/hour
Reports to: Director of Client Experience
Summary/Objective: to provide Tradewind Shuttle and Charter clients with excellent customer service and a smooth boarding process
Requirements
Essential Functions:
· Greet and check in Shuttle clients.
· Greet Charter clients.
· Coordinate with customer service team and flight crews.
· Maintain check-in area cleanliness.
Required Skills / Knowledge / Abilities: .
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Proficient in operating an iPad. Ability to learn check-in software programs.
· Possess a positive, friendly, and personable demeanor.
· Comfortable in fast-paced and stressful environment.
Physical Demands: Able to lift 60 lbs., work outdoors
Travel Requirements: Must live on island and have reliable transportation to/from Nantucket Airport.
Eligibility Qualifications: Legal to work in US without sponsorship
