Maintenance Property Manager

Position is 32 hours per week year-round and offers flexibility in schedule.
Position requires practical experience in plumbing, electrical, heating, carpentry, grounds maintenance, and painting. Position requires you to work in multiple adverse conditions. Ability to work weekends and be on-call for emergency coverage. (Must live on Nantucket.) Applicant must have valid MA driver’s license and clean driving record. Successfully pass CORI screening upon job offer. Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, team player, ability to work unsupervised and with supervision.
