The Westmoor Club, a private and exclusive club situated on 15 acres of meadows and gardens with exceptionally designed and maintained facilities, is seeking an experienced Human Resource professional to join our management team.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Director of Human Resources is responsible for implementing HR policies & programs and managing all aspects of employee relations and development. This position will manage staffing & recruiting, organizational development, performance management, training, compensation & benefits administration, employee counseling services and housing.
To be considered for this position, the individual must have 3 – 5 years human resource and management experience preferably in a club, hotel, or wellness environment and have extensive experience with compensation planning, recruiting domestic and international staff, managing benefit plans and vendors, and employment law. Safety and compliance experience are also a plus. Bachelor’s degree required, PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
This position is a full-time, year-round, salaried position offering full benefits such as health, dental, vision, life, short-term and long-term disability, 401(k), PTO, and use of our Wellness Center.
