Perform all tasks, duties, and actions associated with leading and managing the daily and seasonal needs of the Nantucket Community Pool and its programming as well as the duties of the Assistant Head Coach of the Nantucket Swimming swim team. These duties include supervision of pool patrons, staff, coaching personnel, and program development. Reports directly to the Aquatics Director.
