Audience Engagement Coordinator

Theatre Workshop of Nantucket (TWN), Nantucket’s longest-running professional theatre, is seeking an Audience Engagement Coordinator to be the welcoming face and voice of the organization.

This role serves as the first point of contact for audiences, donors, and community members via phone, email, mail, and in person. Responsibilities include building relationships with patrons, assisting with audience communications, and playing a key role in TWN’s annual summer fundraising event. The position may also include some evening and weekend front-of-house work during performances.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a confident and friendly people-person, and an effective writer who enjoys working in a fast-paced, mission-driven arts environment.
